<p>PURPOSE:To automate the selection of a resistor for adjustment by automatically determining and changing a large number of standard resistors for adjustment by a standard-resistor changeover unit. CONSTITUTION:Fixed resistors for adjusting characteristics are fitted to pins 2 on a printed board 1. The fixed resistors for adjustment are placed onto a board positioning unit 3, and pushed from an upper section by a board shifter 6 and fixed. The board shifter 6 downward moves the unit 3 and brings the board section of the pins 2 and the tip sections of probes 5 into contact, and a connector mounting unit 8 bonds a connector 7A connected to a characteristic tester 7 and a connector 1A set up to the printed board 1. A plurality of standard resistors R1-RN for adjustment are installed to a standard resistor changeover unit 9, and each resistor is changed over successively. When the electrical characteristics of the printed board 1 are measured and coincide with electrical characteristics set, the fixed resistors are selected and indicated.</p> |
