The resin compsn. comprises; (a) 60-95 wt.% copolymer of 60-80 wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer and 20-40 wt.% vinylcian monomer, and 5-40 wt.% non-continuous glass-fiber to be surfacetreated with aminosilane based coupling agent; (b) methacryl based ester polymer. The resin compsn. contains 0.1-10 wt.% of (b) resp. to 100 wt.% of (a). The methacryl based ester polymer is a polymer of methylmethacrylate, ethylmethacrylate, n-butylmethacrylate, iso-butylmethacrylate, hexylmethacrylate, laurylmethacrylate, stearylmethacrylate, cyclohexylmethacrylate or glycidylmethacrylate.
