PURPOSE:To save a trouble of overall prediction of status possibly to be caused and of selection of a function for the relevant processing by providing a nonlinear function learning device learning the relation between a load observing value and communication quality. CONSTITUTION:A packet arrival quantity observing value and a packet abort rate observed by a measuring circuit 2 are given to a pattern classifying device 8 from a packet buffer 1. When the average value of the packet abort rate is smaller than an object abort rate, the inputted packet arrival pattern is inputted to a pattern table 7 and when the average value is larger than the object abort rate, the pattern is inputted to a pattern table 8. When a pattern given from a learning pattern selection circuit 9 and a correct solution output signal are studied by a nerve circuit network 4, a function outputting 0 with respect to a packet arrival pattern not causing abort and outputting 1 to the packet arrival pattern causing abort is studied. Thus, the processing such as overall and detailed prediction of loads exerted to the communication network and the selection of a control function corresponding to them is not required. |
