PURPOSE:To stabilize dynamic holding by using a multiplexer in addition to a dynamic latch as a data storing means, and circulating the data held with the latch until a next transfer at the time of a transfer completion. CONSTITUTION:The memory cell of a bidrectional shift register at one bit and in four stages composed by serially connecting four memory cells 71 to 74 consists of first and second multiplexers 12 and 14 and clocked converters 13 and 15 to constitute the dynamic latch. During a transfer period, the output of the dynamic latch 13 on the previous stage is transferred through the multiplexers 12 and 14 to the dynamic latch 15 on the next stage, when the transfer is completed, the data held by itself are returned through the multiplexers to itself until the next transfer, and the data are rotated. Thus, even at a position where the cycle of the data holding is long, the data holding of the dynamic latches 13 and 15 is stabilized. |
