<p>PURPOSE:To easily improve solution by locally changing quantity of state on a prescribed network and controlling the other quantity of state so that a constraint condition, which is not established by this change, can be eliminated. CONSTITUTION:For a network flow planning system, a spot to run out of an operation purpose is detected and the numerical value of the spot is changed when the arbitrary solution to satisfy the constraint condition is given on the network. Really, a subject range or allowance range is given to each operation purpose in advance. Thus, detection and correction can be easily executed only by finding-out the numerical value, which runs out of the allowance range, and correcting the value into the range. Priority is given to this setting range and the range is successively considered from the high priority. Further, a space to be defined as a control subject is limited and the control is completed in that space. Then, a control cost is set for each constituting element of the respective spaces.</p> |
