<p>A discharge circuit for a gas laser device provides means to enable a pulse lazer to be generated with little breakdown of the pulse waveform. The arrangement is such that the voltage of the simmer power source can be smaller than the initial discharge voltage and the amount of current can be relatively small.</p> |
