发明名称 RARE EARTH COBALT PERMANENT MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in magnetism and strength by a method wherein a magnet consists of specific compound alloy, and end metal-structure is composed of grain structure having a specific average grain diameter. CONSTITUTION:A magnet is made of an alloy having composition expressed as R(Co, Fe, Cu, Zr)Z (R refers to rare earth containing Y, 7<Z<8.5) and its end metal-structure consists of grain structure having an average grain diameter of 15 to 25mum. Mechanical strength of the final sinter is at its highest when the metal structure grows up to an average grain diameter of 15 to 25mum, and magnetic characteristics are also excellent. A sintered magnet having a grain diameter thus disclosed can decrease magnet damage ratio occurring during packaging process such as processing, magnetizing, assembling, etc., and improve the yield.
