PURPOSE:To improve the light leakage resistance to photographic paper from a packaging material, the contrast of images and the stickability to a layout sheet by incorporating a prescribed ratio or above of silver bromide into a photosensitive layer and incorporating a specific dye into a back coat layer. CONSTITUTION:A paper base which is coated with polyolefin layers on both surfaces and has about >=10% light transmittance is used for the title photographic paper. About >=50mol% silver bromide is incorporated into the silver halide photographic sensitive layer on one side thereof and a dye having about >=2% transmission density at the max. photosensitive wavelength is incorporated into the back coating layer on the other side thereof. The transmission density is required to be increased to about >=2% in order to obtain the sufficient effect of improving the light leakage resistance and the contrast. A cyan dye and azo dye are usable and, for example, the compd. expressed by the formula is usable. |
