<p>PURPOSE:To make all elements usable effectively and to realize low side lobe processing altogether by adding plural digital beam shaping circuits and plural multipliers. CONSTITUTION:A microwave signal received by element antennas 61-6<n> of elements 31-3<n> of a conformal array antenna 1 is amplified by low noise amplifiers 121-12<n> and converted into a digital signal by analog digital converters 131-13<n>. The digital signal is sent through signal lines 41-4<n> and subject to 1/m distribution by distributors 71-7<n>, subject to beam shaping by digital beam shaping circuits 91-9<m>, the beam is synthesized and optional plural number of beams among m-set of beams are selected by multipliers 111-11<n> and multiplied in terms of vectors. Thus, since the information from all the elements 31-3<n> is processed effectively at all times, the information from every direction in a half space is obtained at all times and low side lobe processing is attained.</p> |
