PURPOSE:To clearly record additional information in an arbitrary position on a copying paper by copying the additional information which is not the content of an original but provided on a copying device in either a first or a second copying operation and copying the content of the original in the other copying operation. CONSTITUTION:A lamp unit 5 can be moved in the direction of an arrow A1 so as to light and scan sequentially the original 13 placed on a contact glass 3 from the forward end to the rear end thereof. At this time, light reflected by the original 13 is reflected by reflecting mirrors 6 and 7 which move in the direction of the arrow A1 in the wake of the lamp unit 5 at half the traveling speed of the lamp unit 5, and then led by reflecting mirror 8-10 through a condensing lens 11. Copying operations for the additional information and the content of the original are separated in two copying operations, and these two copying operations are performed for one sheet. As a result, positioning for a content to be copied can be performed as desired by changing timing in supplying the copying paper in each copying operation. The additional information can be thereby recorded in the arbitrary position. |
