PURPOSE:To enable transfer and formation of a picture on an optional region on an optional base body by applying a color developer on a photosensitive, pressure sensitive recording medium electrostatically by a dry process. CONSTITUTION:An electroconductive layer 13 and a photoconductive layer 12 which becomes electroconductive by the effect of light are provided on one surface of a base material 14 in a described order or a reverse order, and a microcapsule layer 11 is provided onto the photoconductive layer 12 or onto another surface of the base material 14. When the whole body is electrified with an electrifying means and then exposed, an exposed part of the photoconductive layer 12 becomes electroconductive, and the charge on the exposed part escapes to the electroconductive layer 13, generating thus a difference in surface charge depending on whether the part is exposed or unexposed. Then, the developer is applied on said photosensitive, pressure sensitive recording medium 1 having a difference in the surface electric charge depending on exposure or unexposure utilizing static electricity of the surface charge, and the recording medium is developed under pressure while pressing an optional medium such as ordinary paper, etc., and then color-developed. Thus, a color picture image is formed on an optional medium. |
