PURPOSE:To obtain a system to easily change a software by providing a process to start the execution of a unit program, a process to give an execution right when interruption is detected and a process to restart the execution when the execution is interrupted. CONSTITUTION:The software assembly of the event activation type system is composed of unit processing in respective blocks 101-106. Then, for respective events 108-115 such as a re-operation starting button, etc., the processing of the block is activated in an arrow direction, which is shown in a figure, with corresponding to an interrupting signal and the processing is stopped. For example, when the processing of manual/automatic operation selection 102 is executed and manual button push 118 is executed, manual operation processing 103 is activated. The parts of the blocks 101-106 are composed of >=1 sub block in correspondence to the unit program. Then, when the processing is finished, the execution is temporarily stopped and the other program is executed. Thus, it is not necessary to prepare a software construction drawing on an intermediate stage.
