PURPOSE:To work a colored steel sheet without causing flaws on the surface nor causing peeling of urethane by working using a stripper consisting of a urethane coated elastic part and a specially treated part around working part. CONSTITUTION:The colored steel sheet 15 is pressed by a urethane coated steel stripper 16 and pierced by a punch 17. As repeated force is applied to the pierced part of the stripper 16, coating is not made. Though blow marks are formed at the pierced part of the colored steel sheet 15, they do not appear as external appearance as the pierced part is bent and formed. Since external part is worked through the steel stripper having a land part of nearly the same shape with working shape and a urethane coated part, no flaws occurs on the surface and peeling of urethane also offers no problem. |
