PURPOSE:To carry out stable combustion in the air-to-fuel ratio extending over a wide range while using gaseous fuel, etc., premixed with combustion air by providing a heat-insulating wall of specified length on the front surface of a fuel combustion surface consisting of the three-dimensional reticular porous panel having a glaze nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Air and fuel are introduced into a mixing chamber 2 respectively from an air inlet 5 and a fuel inlet 7, and mixed. The mixed fuel is injected toward a combustion port 12 from the porous panel 3, and burned. As a result, the highest-temp. part of the flame can be formed in the vicinity of the expanded intermediate part 10 of an internal hole 11. Furthermore, a glaze is injected from a glaze supply pipe 8 toward such a combustion part, hence the glaze is heated, melted, and injected from the nozzle 13 toward a base material along with the combustion gas, and a molten glaze coating having stable color development can be formed on the base material surface. Accordingly, oxidizing combustion and reducing combustion can be stably carried out in the air-to-fuel ratio extending over a wide range. |
