PURPOSE:To attain the control of high accuracy without executing the mechanical grinding of a dielectric by removing the opened surface side part of an outer circumference conductor from the outer circumference surface of the dielectric while the resonance frequency of a resonator is measured. CONSTITUTION:A resonator 7 is held to jigs 8 and revolved around a shaft line. A measuring instrument 12 measures the resonance frequency and sends a measured value to a laser device 10. In the device 10, the removal quantity of an outer circumference conductor 3 is calculated according to the measured value. Then, since programming is executed in advance so that the irradiation time of a laser light 11 and the moving quantity of an X-Y table 9 can be controlled, the necessary quantity of the outer circumference conductor 3 is automatically removed and the resonance frequency is controlled. When the partial removal of the outer circumference conductor 3 is finished, the measuring instrument 12 measures the resonance frequency again and it is confirmed that the resonance frequency is controlled to a rated value. |
