PURPOSE:To facilitate an assembly work at a site by a method wherein first, second, and third clean unit assemblies are assembled together to form the whole approximately in a rectangular parallelepiped, and a plurality of air curtains are formed in alignment around a space to be cleaned. CONSTITUTION:A first clean unit assembly 30 has an air suction port 18, and s middle performance filter 40 is located on the outlet side of a suction chamber 38. A second clean unit assembly 32 is provided with an air suction port 20, and air sucked with the aid of an axial-flow fan 44 flows downward through a high performance filter 42. A third clean unit assembly 34 is provided with an air discharge port 22, and an air-flow fan 46 is provided. A part of clean air enters a space part 47, and enters a space part 49 of the second clean unit assembly through a passage 48. Air is discharged therefrom through a discharge port 50 by means of a passage 51 to form an air hood for preventing diffusion of an air curtain flow sucked through the suction port 18. The assembly 32 is also provided with an air discharge port 52, and air is discharged to form an air hood. |
