<p>PURPOSE:To execute the separation of a fiber without damaging a core wire by setting a multicore tape fiber to a guiding means, pressing it with a pressing means, stabbing a blade member in a prescribed position between the fibers and pulling out the tape fiber in a longitudinal direction in such a condition. CONSTITUTION:By a guiding means 9, the end of a multicore tape fiber 12 is set at the prescribed position. A blade member 10 having a cutting blade directed in the longitudinal direction of the fiber 12 is stabbed in the prescribed position between the fibers of the fiber 12 set to a guiding means 15. Further, by pressing means 4 and 5, the fiber 12 set to the guiding means 15 is pressed so as to be pulled out in the longitudinal direction. In such a condition, the tape fiber 12 is pulled out to a foreground, and the end of the multicore tape fiber made into a cable can be easily separated into a single core or 2-3 core tape fibers without damaging the core wire.</p> |
