发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DEHYDRATING SOIL WITH HIGH WATER CONTENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently perform dehydration and to facilitate treatment as ordinary surplus soil by a method wherein strainer pipes are introduced in a dehydration tank having soil with high water content received therein and hermetically closed in an airtight manner under pressure and simultaneously vibrated while exuded moisture is sucked from the strainer pipes under vacuum. CONSTITUTION:In a dehydration apparatus having a vibration stand 3 equipped with a vibrator and a dehydration tank 4, a required amount of soil with high water content is thrown in the dehydration tank 4 from the upper opening part thereof to close said tank 4. Subsequently, strainer pipes 11 are allowed to fall and introduced into the soil with high water content in the tank under pressure to be fixed in an airtight state. After the strainer pipes 11 are introduced under pressure, the dehydration tank 4 is vibrated to forcibly exude and release the moisture in soil with high water content and, in this state, a vacuum pump 15 is operated to suck the strainer pipes 11 under vacuum and the released moisture is discharged to the outside. At this time, the inner pressure of the tank is lowered with the vacuum suction of the strainer pipes 11 to easily advance the release and dehydration of moisture.
