PURPOSE:To mix uniformly a base and an adhesive to obtain wholly a uniform product and to attempt to reduce the amt. of the adhesive to be used and to ensure permeability by using the adhesive consisting of a combination of a liq. and a powder, scattering at first the liq. to the base being scattered and stirred to adhere the liq. thereon, scattering then the powder thereon to adhere it thereon and heating and pressing this base to mold a sheet. CONSTITUTION:To mold a sheet, a base 2 is kept under a scattered and stirring condition and liq. A which is one of the constituting materials of an adhesive is at first scattered on the base 2. To the scattered and stirred base 2 to which a moisture is given by scattering the liq. A, a powder B which is another constituting material of the adhesive is then scattered. The powder B is here and there adhered on the surface of the base 2 to which a moisture is given. The base 2 to which constituting materials of the adhesive are thus adhered is laminated to a specified thickness and pressed and heated under a proper pressure and temp. to mold a sheet. When the laminated base 2 is pressed and heated, the powder 8 of the adhesive is melted and then cured to adhere and bind the base 2 together to form a sheet 1. |
