PURPOSE:To assure the hold of a change blade with a change blade mounting and removing tool by utilizing a friction force generated between a head supporting piece, a rear edge supporting piece and a pressing piece and the change blade and holding the change blade. CONSTITUTION:A change blade 56 is mounted in being located in a lower click part 20 of a lower handle 2 main body of a change blade mounting and removing tool 1, and when upper and lower handles 3 and 2 main bodies are closed, the change blade 56 is surely pinched from an up-and down direction by an upper click part 9 and the lower click part 20. By the pinching, for the change blade 56, the head and rear edge sides are curved upward, and the change blade supporting part of a change blade handle is inserted through the guide groove of the lower click part 20 into a guiding hole. In such a condition, the change blade 56 is fixed to the change blade handle. Next, when the change blade part is pinched by the upper and lower parts 9 and 20 of the change blade mounting and removing tool 1, the change blade handle is easily pulled out from the change blade 56. |
