PURPOSE:To make the torque of the title apparatus higher and to miniaturize said apparatus by providing a contraction type piezoelectric element, a rotational transformation mechanism, a rotational meter, etc., in the shaft center of said apparatus and performing expansion and contraction-driving upon them. CONSTITUTION:One side of the shaft 11 of a piezoelectric actuator is provided with a disc upper stopper 10 and the other side thread part 12 of said shaft is provided with a set screw 13. Inside said disc upper stopper 10, contraction type piezoelectric element 20 is inserted into, bonded and fixed to said shaft 11. Also, a rotational transformation mechanism 30, in which a plurality of grooves 31 projecting into a cylinder and a plurality of inclined plates 23 are formed in the same direction of inclination, is constituted with elasticity so as to expand and contract freely, and one side thereof is bonded to the contraction type piezoelectric element 20 and the other side, to a high friction material 35 and further to a revolving rotor 40. Said revolving rotor 40 is formed into a discoidal shape inserted into the shaft 11 and constituted so as to rotate smoothly by a bearing 50. Thus, the rotational transformation mechanism expands and contracts and the revolving rotor 40 rotates, when voltage is applied to the contraction type piezoelectric element 20. |
