PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of strength by spring-back after molding by successively subjecting a specified woody starting material kneaded with an inorg. hydraulic binder and water to molding, curing and hardening. CONSTITUTION:Bamboo chips are immersed in water and allowed to absorb water to >=100% water content and this water content is reduced by >=50% by dehydration under pressure to obtain a woody starting material. This starting material is kneaded with an inorg. hydraulic binder such as Portland cement and water or further kneaded with a colorant, a waterproof agent, a hardening accelerator or retarder, etc. The resulting kneaded material is molded, cured and hardened. |
