PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly of a heat sensitive element and to allow a motor to operate accurately by providing the heat sensitive element a brush. CONSTITUTION:A heat sensitive element insertion section 20 is integrally formed with a brush holder 13 to the flank of a brush box 15. The heat sensitive element 21 is inserted into the heat sensitive element insertion section 20 so that its one end may come into contact with the brush box 15, where the heat sensitive element 21 is pressure-welded with spring-loaded pressed segment 22. The pressed segment 22 is integrally formed to the brush holder 13, whose tip section 22a is engaged with a recessed section 21a of the heat sensitive element to stop disjunction of the heat sensitive element 21. In this way, the assembly of the heat sensitive element becomes facilitated as compared with those provided to a coil, etc. Moreover, since the overload of a motor can directly be detected by the heat of the brush and no outside air temperature gives affection, the motor can surely be operated. |
