PURPOSE:To prevent the unnecessary opening operation of a power reception terminal circuit breaker by opening the breaker only when the output of a non-utility generator follows up the output command of the output setter of the generator. CONSTITUTION:If the output of a generator 14 is equilibrated with power necessary for a load 16, when an insufficient power detector 22 is operated by secondary signals of current transformers 18, 20 for instruments, connected to a commercial power system, output contacts 36, 42 of a system separator 46 are closed. As a result, a speed increase output set by a speed setter 34 is supplied to a prime mover governor 32. In this case, when a speed command set by the setter 34 is compared by a comparator 38 with a generator output frequency, the frequency does hot follow up the speed command depending upon the frequency of the commercial power system, and the comparator 38 does not hence generate an output and the output contact 40 of the comparator 38 is not operated as well. Thus, a power reception terminal circuit breaker 12 is not opened. |
