PURPOSE:To keep a cooling performance stable between a cooling pipe and a cryogenic section by a method wherein a cooling pipe multi-wound with a metal foil is provided being inserted into a groove of the cryogenic section. CONSTITUTION:A cooling pipe 7 multi-wound with a metal foil 9 is provided being inserted into a groove 8 provided to a shield 2 of a cryogenic section, and even if the cooling pipe 7 is moved inside the groove 8 due to a thermal stress, a thermal contact between the pipe 7 and the cryogenic section can be stably kept through the intermediary of the foil 7. In result, a cooling performance between a cooling pipe and a cryogenic section can be kept stable. |
