<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of nonuniformity in the delay of a processing and splitting of a target image and to execute accurate tracking of the target by conducting a sliding window processing at the time of raster scanning and by conducting a batch processing at the time of step scanning. CONSTITUTION:A window output is obtained from a received video through a quantizer 11 and a sliding window 12 and a front edge signal and a rear edge signal are outputted by a front edge/rear edge detector 13. Obtaining a beam scanning angle at the time of the output of the front edge signal from a memory 15, a target center angle computing circuit 15 computes (front edge angle+beam scanning angle)/2 and outputs a corrected target center angle thetaR, at the time of the front edge signal, through a processing delay correcting circuit 16. A counter 17 counts a transmission repetition pulse at the time of step scanning and makes the front edge signal outputted from an AND circuit 18 at the time of the last transmission in a step. A beam angle is held as a target center angle thetaS in a latch circuit 19 and is switched and outputted through a switching circuit 17.</p> |
