PURPOSE:To provide a recording medium capable of exhibiting a clear multicolor image free of color misregistering by binding image-forming elements onto a binder layer provided on a base, and removing the elements adhered to the side of the base which side is not provided with the binder layer. CONSTITUTION:A base 2 is fed from a base roll 5 in the direction of an arrow, and is coated with a binder 3 by a coating container 6 and a blade 7. Then, the feeding direction of the base 2 is deflected by an intermediate roll 9, and after the binder 3 is dried by a dryer 10, the base 2 is fed toward a rotary drum 20. On the other hand, the pressure of air supplied from a pressure tank 12 is controlled by a pressure control valve 13, image-forming elements 1 are electrified by setting a voltage for an electrode 18 by a generator 17, and the elements 1 are adhered to the surface of a transfer cylinder 19 in a multilayer form. As the transfer cylinder 19 is rotated, the elements 1 are brought into contact with a binder layer 8 on the drum 20, thereby being bound. The base 2 is then passed through an adhering roller 25 and hot pressing rollers 27 to be recovered onto a recording medium-recovering roll 28. By this method, the elements 1 are arranged densely in a single uniform layer on the base 2 without being covered by the binder on the upper side thereof. |
