PURPOSE:To obtain a 'KONJAK' (devil's-tongue) spaghetti having good taste permeability at a low cost by stirring pouring hot water in the form of vortex, pouring plural needle-like 'KONJAK' pastes thereinto and consolidating or partially binding and forming the paste in a rotated or twisted state utilizing water stream force. CONSTITUTION:For example, a raw material, pressurized and fed through a raw material feed pipe 4 is moved through a rotating nozzle 3 and dripped through many small holes 5 provided in a perforated plate 6 into the liquid surface of a vertical part (1a) of a water channel 1 while being rotated to stop rotation thereof with resistance of hot water and bundled. Thereby, the raw material is automatically twisted by water stream force to afford the objective 'KONJAK' spaghetti having the core and surface parts kept in a strong alkaline state. |
