PURPOSE:To obtain the toner and developer which are high in image density, fast in electrostatic charge rising and provide sharp image quality by specifying the content and grain size of a coloring agent. CONSTITUTION:The coloring agent dispersed with 100-800nm grain size at >=50wt.% is incorporated at 3-30wt.% into the toner. The grain size distribution of the coloring agent exerts significant influence on the image density and the rising of the electrostatic charge. The toner and developer having the excellent resolution and image density are, therefore, obtd. by administrating the grain size distribution of the coloring agent in the toner. |
