PURPOSE:To introduce an exogenote into fish or shellfish roe with a simple operation by applying an electric stimulation having a specific electric field strength to a buffer solution containing the fish or shellfish roe and an exogenote to be introduced into the roe. CONSTITUTION:Fish or shellfish roe and an exogenote are suspended in a buffer solution. There is no particular restriction in the concentration of the exogenote, however, it is preferably 1-1,000mug/ml and the concentration of roe in the buffer solution is preferably about 1-300/ml. An electric stimulation having an electric field strength of 100-5,000V/cm, especially 500-1,000V/cm is applied to the buffer solution containing the fish or shellfish roe and the exogenote. |
