CARRYING-IN AND CARRYING-OUT DEVICE OF DIE OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To obtain a carrying-in and carrying-out device of a die which is unnecessary to provide a hook holder by simplifying constitution of the device, by a method wherein a specific pinion and rack constituting a power transmission mechanism are held into a recessed groove provided on a die plate side. CONSTITUTION:A pinion 24 is connected by a key 25 with the axial base end of a roller 22 and turned unitarily with the roller 22. The pinion 24 gears into a rack 26 arranged directly above the pinion 24 and the roller 22 is turned and driven through the pinion 24 by sliding the rack 26 in the axial direction. The pinion 24 and rack 26 are held respectively into a recessed part 27 for the pinion and the groove 28 for the rack provided on a confronting end part of a die with a stationary die plate 1 and do not protrude to a die fitting plate 7 side. Therefore, an intervention with a clamping device and tie bar can be avoided and constitution of a device can be simplified.
