PURPOSE: To exclude excess tension generated in the holding structure of a door lid by holding the link of a housing with a built-in cylinder and next relaxing it through a specified chuck device except for while the door lid is fitted to the food take-in port of a drum. CONSTITUTION: The liner of a hydraulic cylinder linked to a radial blade 8 is incorporated and a housing 10 rotatable together with this liner is held by a chuck device 11. The chuck device 11 is joined through a joint by a bolt 12 by its one end, interlocked with a lever system 14 at the other end and connected to a stem 15 of a linear hydraulic cylinder 16. The bolt 12 connects both the ends of the chuck device 11 to turnably attached arms and interlocks them with a holding part integrated into the holding frame of a rotary drum to be driven by the hydraulic cylinder for dealing with meat products.
