PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of a system in the system to be a dangerous state due to the malfunction of an equipment when power supply to the equipment is interrupted by providing a means for detecting the interruption of the power supply while substituting for the power supply interrupted equipment and continuously performing a processing (control) in the case that the power supply is interrupted. CONSTITUTION: When a controller 40 starts an operation along with the operation of a burner, a first auxiliary device 41 controls a relay driving circuit 34 and a load control means 35. Thus, one or both of relays 27 and 31 are energized and a flag F1 is raised. A second auxiliary device 42 starts the operation when the flag F1 is raised. The auxiliary device 42 monitors a feedback means 60 through optical connection means 51 and 52 and confirms that the relay is present at an instructed position. When a conductor assumed to be energized is not energized by the monitoring, the second auxiliary device 42 starts a timer 42 and counts an interruption time. When the timer 43 times up, the second auxiliary device 42 substitutes for the first auxiliary device 41 and starts a control processing. |
