<p>PURPOSE:To enable a great amount of the title electromagnetic transducers to be manufactured by a simple process and besides, to achieve improvement of electromagnetic conversion efficiency by a method wherein an intermediate member prepared by winding both sides of a duplicate layer film of an insulating layer and a conductive layer respectively around adjacent parallel rod state cores so that current directions of the conductive layers become reverse to each other to be fixed by adhesion is axially sliced many times to prepare an electromagnetic conversion chip. CONSTITUTION:Rod state cores 21a, 21b are arranged parallel to each other. Both sides of a film having a conductive layer 22 and an insulating layer 23 are wound respectively around them to be fixed by adhesion. All the body are covered by an insulating agent to prepare an intermediate member 25. Many electromagnetic conversion chips 40 are obtained by cutting the intermediate member 25 into round slices. The chip 40 is fixed by adhering to or burying in an insulating magnetic base plate 30. When current is made to flow through coil parts 41a, 41b of the chip 40, a magnetic path due to magnetic fluxes is generated. However, since core parts 42a, 42b exist, electromagnetic path conversion efficiency is improved, and the magnetic path in which the magnetic fluxes are concentrated can be obtained. An electromagnetic transducer which is simple for manufacture, effective for mass production, and good in electromagnetic conversion efficiency can be obtained.</p> |
