The subject of the invention relates to the technical field of universal machine tools. The structure according to the invention comprises a rigid framework B of parallelepipedal overall shape which is arranged with sliding guide means 8 and orientable support means 19 for a tool holder 23 and a motor P for rotationally driving the tools and with complementary guide, support and drive means for auxiliary members and devices allowing, in combination with the said motorised tools, a plurality of different machining operations on various materials, with the framework positioned both vertically, and horizontally; the said framework also being equipped with a manual transport means. <IMAGE>
