<p>PURPOSE:To improve the heating efficiency and unify the temperature distribution of a container by dividing heating coils of a rice boiler or the like into the bottom face and the side face lower section and providing them along a container and to reduce noise and improve the temperature distribution of the container by circularly providing an aluminum plate on the second heating coil on the side face. CONSTITUTION:A storage section 2 storing an oven 3 serving as a container storing objects to be cooked is provided in a heated cooking utensil main body 1, the upper section of the main body 1 is openably covered by an upper cover 9, the oven 3 can be taken out by opening the upper cover 9. The first heating coil 4 is arranged at the position facing the center of the bottom face of the oven 3 to heat the center of the bottom face of the oven 3, the second heating coil 5 is arranged at the position facing the outer periphery of the bottom face and the lower section of the side face of the oven 3 to induction-heat the outer periphery of the bottom face and the lower section of the side face of the oven 3. The coils 4 and 5 are arranged on a support bed 6 at an interval, a ferrite core 7 is radially arranged on the lower side of the support bed 6, the presence of the oven 3 is detected by a detecting device 10, the detected signal is inputted to a controller 13.</p> |
