<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of the filter with a simple operation by subjecting a photosensitive resin layer to radiation curing, press welding the uncured pattern parts to a substrate and subjecting the same to the radiation curing. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive resin layer 2 contg. a coloring agent provided on one surface of a supporting sheet 1 is subjected to the radiation curing except the prescribed pattern parts and the uncured pattern parts of the resin layer 2 are press welded together with the sheet 1 to the filter substrate. The sheet 1 is then stripped and the uncured pattern parts are subjected to the radiation curing or the uncured pattern parts are subjected to the radiation curing prior to exfoliation of the sheet 2. Such stage is successively repeated with the same filter substrate for the photosensitive resins contg. the coloring agents of respective hues.</p> |
