PURPOSE:To extend a service life and to eliminate the need for regrinding dy welding as well as arranging a cemented carbide tip so that the whole body of the edge tip part of a discoid tip saw main body is projected to the external part from the outer periphery of the tip saw main body to the inside of its recessed part and providing an intermediate layer between a cemented carbide tip and recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A cemented carbide tip 3 and saw main body 1 are welded by using for an intermediate layer 4 the carbide binder components of a nickel, etc., having such working that the carbon and tungsten, etc., of the tungsten carbide which is the main component of a cemented carbide are not diffused to a tip saw main body 1 side, so the mechanical strength is very high. When the sharpness becomes blunt with the angular part of the rotating front face side of the cemented carbide tip 3 becoming dull after long hours use, the angular part becomes in the state of being ground up at an acute angle like being polished, when it is viewed from the angular part side of the rotation rear part. When the tip saw is set by turning it inside out, now, an acute angled edge tip 9 is located at the rotation front part and the sharpness is restored. The sharpness is held until the projection part of the cemented carbide tip 3 is eliminated by said reversal operation. |
