PURPOSE:To simplify design to update various files by temporarily unifying input records inputted on the basis of various slips to a previously determined format. CONSTITUTION:Respective words in an input record inputted from a key input part 1 are converted into a reference record by a reference record forming part 2 by using a reference table 3 to allow respective words to correspond to respective word in a previously determined reference record and stored in a reference file 5. The stored reference record is read out by a file record forming part 6 on the basis of an instruction inputted from the key input part and an updating record for specified data is formed on the basis of the specified data corresponding to respective updating files 10 in a file updating table 7. Then, respective updating files 10 are updated by a file updating part 9. |
