PURPOSE:To shorten the retrieving time of a record by constituting the word data of the record as keywords and storing the record in the order of keyboards. CONSTITUTION:Respective record is constituted of plural words with variable lengths divided by ',' and words arranged from the division '(' up to a division code, ';' in each record are set up as keywords. An external storage means 1 stores these records in the order of the keywords. An internal storage means 2 reads out the records stored in the storage device 1 and stores them. A processing means 3 reads out the records from the storage means 2 and executes processing. An updating record storing means 5 sequentially stores inputted data as updating records. A merge means 6 executes processing based upon respective updating records in the storage means 5 and executes merge processing in the order of the keywords of the records in the storage means 1. |
