PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of plasma display, etc., and constructing it in a large size by encapsulating inert gas in micro-bubbles formed in an electrical insulative resin. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1 accommodates a resin solution 11a consisting of an appropriate solvent in which electrical insulative resin is dissolved such as thermoplastic resin, thermohardening resin, photo-hardening resin and photo-luminescence resin, and therein a rare gas is introduced in a vacuum device 2. An agitating shaft 3 is rotated, and rare gas is encapsulated in micro-bubbles. The resin with the rare gas encapsulated in micro-bubbles in this manner is coated on a glass base board, etc., with an electrode formed, and thus a light emitting member is provided. A high voltage is applied to the electrode of this light emitting member, and inert gas encapsulated in the micro-bubbles in resin is allowed to make plasma light emission. This facilitates manufacture of a plasma display, etc., and making it in a large size. |
