PURPOSE:To increase input efficiency by storing an item or a heading inputted immediately before the storage and inputting the immediately precedently stored data by a key indicating the same input. CONSTITUTION:A slip format, a cursor indicating an input position and inputted data are displayed on a CRT 15 and data are inputted from a keyboard 14. Data in the heading area H of a slip format of a preceding slip and data on the upper line of a line on which a cursor is already inputted when the cursor exists in an item area I are stored in a RAM. When the key indicating the same input is depressed when the cursor is positioned on the heading area H, the heading information of the immediately preceding slip on the corresponding position is inputted, and when the cursor exists in the item area, data on the corresponding position of the upper line are inputted. |
