The circuit breaker for cutting circuit without operation of trip device has magnetic material around moving (23) and stationary contacts (46). First conducting part (47) connects the stationary contact with outer conductor and second conducting part (49) which is positioned to be opposite of the moving contact has contact part to be contacted with the moving contact. A U-shaped third conducting part which is positioned to be parallel to the end side of the moving contact is connected with the 1st and 2nd conducting parts. Magnetic material (55) is designed to cover the staionary contact of 1st and 2nd conducting parts.
