PURPOSE:To eliminate pulses due to noise by adding a delay circuit to a conventional ATD(address transition detector) generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pulse width shortening circuit which shortens the ATD pulse width, a pulse width extending circuit which extends the pulse width shortened by the pulse width shortening circuit 1, and an ATD pulse generating circuit 3 are provided. The pulse width of the ATD pulse generated by the change of address is temporarily shortened by this delay circuit. Since the pulse width is first shortened in this manner, narrow ATD pulses due to noise are eliminated. |
