<p>PURPOSE: To measure missing of a ferromagnetic composition from a work to be inspected quantitatively by making a comparison with a value related to a reference ferromagnetic using a field generator, an output signal forming unit responding thereto, and a processor responding to the output signal forming unit. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a field generator 46, a signal processing network 14 for forming an output signal in response to the generator 46, and a processor 50 responsive to the network 14 wherein the processor 50 is constituted to form a value related to at least one reference ferromagnetic. When an assembled work 12 is set in the field generated from field generator 46, ferromagnetic elements 62, 64 attract the field generator 46 and applies an upward force to a plate 42 while furthermore a load cell assembly 30 applies a torque to a bending arm 36. Stress is then generated by a bending moment generated in the arm 36 and detected by means of an assembly 30. It is then fed through a lead 65 to an AD converter 48 which delivers a digitized value to a processor 51.</p> |
