<p>A passive identification device which can be interrogated by radio-electric means consists of an antenna (105) which supplies an acoustic wave device (101-104) and emits the signal obtained by the latter in response to the excitation. The acoustic wave device consists of a corundum crystal operating at frequencies above 1 GHz. The identification device obtained is very compact and robust and operates at very high frequencies.</p> |
