PURPOSE:To obtain a water-soluble lubricant capable of re-circulating and re-using, having excellent resistance to load, resistance to stain of a processed surface of metal, cooling properties and fire resistance containing water-soluble compound of half ester of dicarboxylic acid, etc., of polyalkylene polyamine, etc., as an essential ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The subject lubricant contains (A) a compound of salt comprising half ester of dicarboxylic acid of an organic compound in which pair anion of 3-200N polyalkylene polyamine or polyalkylene polyimine has aliphatic or aromatic group and/or (B) a compound of salt comprising half ester of dicarboxylic acid of a organic compound in which pair anion has aliphatic or aromatic group derived from a reaction compound of 3-200N polyalkylene polyamine or polyalkylene polyimine and at least one selected from aliphatic carboxylic acids, dimeric acid or polymeric acid of aliphatic unsaturated acid, glycidyl ether of aliphatic alcohol or alkylphenol and an epoxy compound of aliphatic olefin as an essential ingredient. |
