PURPOSE:To realize an acceleration without bringing out of order even in a transient state by always detecting the present position of a member by position detecting means to efficiently generate torque. CONSTITUTION:Position detecting means 6 input 2-phase sine waves Sa, Sb output from position signal generating means 5, and outputs the present position (b) of a rotor 1 with high resolution. Comparing means 7 inputs the present position (b) output from the means 6 and a target position (a) to be applied to a command input terminal 11, and outputs a deviation signal (c). Operating electric angle calculating means 8 inputs the signal (c) and outputs an electric angle amount (e). Relation generating means 9 outputs 2-phase sine wave signals Sc, Ss responsive to the amount (e) and the position (b). Driving means 10 amplifies 2-phase sine wave signals Sc, Ss output from the means 9 and supplies currents to coils 3, 4. |
