PURPOSE:To timely instruct a material delivery promotion by extracting items to which the material is not delivered even when the scheduled time of the material delivery of a process file passes, writing them to a material delivery promotion instruction file and outputting the contents. CONSTITUTION:An assembling manufacture number, drawing number, number of editions, schedule of delivery materials, device testing date and the like sent from a host device are written into a progress file 17. Next, with the date of the material delivery schedule as a reference day, a variety corresponding table 19, a standard work number table 20, etc., are referred and the scheduled date for respective processes is written into the progress file 17. In this condition, when the updating batch processing of a material delivery promotion instruction file 31 is executed, the date of that day of the batch processing and the date of the material delivery schedule are compared for the drawing number where the date is not written at material delivery actual results, and the date, in which the schedule passes, is written into the file 31 and the material delivery promotion instruction table is outputted from a printer 23. Thus, even when the material delivery condition is not always monitored for many items, the instruction of the material delivery promotion can be timely performed. |
