This invention relates to an image processor which displays video signals from outside as a motion picture at arbitrary positions or areas on a monitor of an image processing unit such as a personal computer, and which displays the V - H direction of the motion picture in enlargement or diminution in an arbitrary size. Video input portions are disposed in two channels and a TV tuner portion is disposed in one of the channels so that TV tuning can be controlled by the personal computer. Furthermore, if a control system software portion for them is assembled as a device driver inside DOS, multi-task of the display of the picture from outside and the application software of the personal computer or the like can be accomplished. |
